Beattie is an Irish artist currently living and working in Dublin and based at Irish Museum of Modern Art. He has exhibited both nationally and internationally, most notably at Goethe Institute and the RHA in Dublin and Musee Bonnat, France. Beattie earned his BA from NCAD in 2003 and MFA from University of Ulster in 2005.

Beattie's practice attempts to create a discourse between academic classical traditions and contemporary practice. Through process-based and context-specific methodologies, his work is concerned with methods of production and representation. Employing the use of drawing, video, sculpture and photography, his interest lies in how the viewer engages with or unravels the creative process

We want to offer you food and space; Space to be in, Space to create, Space for everyone. Everyone’s vision.
